Return policy

A 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products, with the customer responsible for return shipping. The policy should include instructions on how to return the item, such as filling out a return form and sending it with the product and receipt. 

  • Shipping policy

    A shipping policy should include the available shipping methods, prices, and any shipping restrictions. For example, a policy may not ship to P.O. boxes or certain goods. 

  • Return and refund policy

    A policy that states that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund. The policy should also include information on how to contact customer support for questions or additional help.
